As the world’s leaders are gathered in Dubai for #COP28 and discussing ways to address the climate crisis, we wanted to showcase the contributions young people are bringing to the table to support building sustainable #foodsystems.
This year, more than 700 students from Africa and Europe joined to shape the future of food. Working together through our online tools, the students came up with more than 100 ideas to today’s most burning issues for our global agrifood systems, water management, soil fertility and food loss.
Well done to the students for their participation and congratulations to the winners – Vefiber from Junior Achievement Greece and JA Ghana! Thank you to EIT Food and Junior Achievement Africa for some great teamwork and our volunteers supporting the students!
